Adults: for the whole winter period 2 capsules per week.

Acute phase (the first symptoms of influenza)
Adults: 1 capsule every 6 hours in the first 24 hours.
Children: 1 capsule every 8 hours in the first 24 hours.
continuation:
Adults: 1 capsule in the morning and evening for 2 or 3 days.
Children: 1 capsule in the morning and evening for 2 or 3 days.
Dissolve the contents of the capsule under the tongue
