Ideal to do soothing manual massage, that brings a relaxing and calming effect from the 1stapplication. Very convenient, after a muscular effort or physical exercises, thanks to its format adapted to body area difficult to reach like the very small joints area (like fingers, hands…)
Apply the gel to tense joints or muscles (tense back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, feet), whenever necessary, rubbing the product well into the skin. Wash your hands thoroughly after use. 3 daily applications are recommended (morning, noon and night).
